In Yiddish, the word for "mother" is "mame"and the word for "father" is "tate".
In Hebrew, the word for "mother" is "ima" and the word for "father" is "aba".
In Egyptian, the word for ''mother'' was ''AMAT'', ''MAT'' and the word for father was ''tata''
In Romanian, the word for ''mother'' is ''mama'' and the word for father is ''tata''.
The word ''aba'' comes from ''apa '' which comes from apat, pat, ptah = Cancer, ruled by the Moon. Cancer = IC = the father. Cancer is a water sign, conjunct Apis bull, Pat/Ptah.
Whoever loans the words ''mother'' and ''father'' from other languages, technically unrelated as language family, DOES NOT HAVE A LANGUAGE.
And I don't mean Egyptian or Romanian, which are old languages that are closely related and actually attested over 32kya when one uses the proper, correct dating system.
The earliest attestation of Yiddish in writing dates back to the 12th century.

Yiddish etymology.
