Star Peacock, Alpha Pavonis, is a star in the southern constellation of Pavo.

That is not on Terra's ecliptic. But it is close to the Matria Esh ecliptic.

The star seems to be above the head, therefore the MC. Peacock conjunct Capricorn 3 (it is conjunct during a Great Alignment).

During the Great Alignment, star Peacock is at 5°59'15" Capricorn. Currently, Peacock is at 24 Capricorn. It was at 3 Capricorn in the scene. That is 21 degrees of precession ago - when Bellatrix was at 0 Gemini.

21 degrees of precession ago x c. 71.6 years per degree (25772 years per Great Year divided by 360 degrees). That would be about 1,500 years ago. That is the official timeline of the Peacock  altar icon of the basilica Santa Maria Maggiore.

Lots of astrological symbols appear in that icon, but this star or constellation Peacock occupies a major part of the central scene.
