Star Peacock in iconography
Star Peacock, Alpha Pavonis, is a star in the southern constellation of Pavo.
That is not on Terra's ecliptic. But it is close to the Matria Esh ecliptic.

The star seems to be above the head, therefore the MC. Peacock conjunct Capricorn 3 (it is conjunct during a Great Alignment).
During the Great Alignment, star Peacock is at 5°59'15" Capricorn. The scene seems to indicate this, so the timeline would be around 723 current era (CE). At most, it would be 3 degrees off (about 200 years off).
Lots of astrological symbols appear in that icon, but this star or constellation Peacock occupies a major part of the central scene.
