 The city of Amarna is over 12k years old.

Its name,  Amarna, is an anagram - RAMANAT > RAMANA (Romana). 

RA MANAT = RA eternal (fem).  

Amarna, the City of Light.

 17 regnal years = code for the 17 degrees from (Bellatrix) to (Sirius minus 7 - ''St Peter'',and ''Crea Patra'', the current Cancer 7 degrees). 

The city was founded in the 5th regnal year (which could also be interpreted as the 5th era since the beginning, therefore the 9th Age of Aten = Aries, the LAMB). 

However, the context is within the 17 regnal years. Thus DJED SUS. 

Since this is about precession, it is between Bellatrix and Sirius, but the direction of time starts with  Sirius (going towards Bellatrix).

17 - 5 = 12 degrees of precession before Bellatrix.

Since they use Capricorn 3, that would mean Bellatrix at  21 Sagittarius (it is now at its opposite point, Gemini 21).
