But the universal zodiac starts with Virgo (virgin birth) => 300 degrees from Virgo = Cancer. 

Curia is from Ka Ria (Ra Ka,Rock, Pat, Ptah, Patre/Peter, etc) = Cancer.

Julia = the sun is in Cancer during July.  

Julius Caesar (Osiris, Sorin/Soren, SA RE, ''child of RA'' died on Ides of March - 15 March. Sun at 25 Pisces. 

His name means Ca (energy of) Sare =Sirius + the local sun.

The eagle is Aquila constellation, which is conjunct Capricorn - Terra's MC - the RULER,  goat > god, the etymology of the world is via astrology. 

The Empire of Light = Ta Mari (Mary Land, Egypt's real name) = The Roman Empire (which in itself means '' the Empire of Light'')  = Dacia = Europe + Egypt. 

They are one and the same entity, spoke the same language.
