It matches the rest of the composition - nude males.

  Light  Freyr (Lucifer) is a tiger (thus the tiger found in Epstein's office) - whose symbols are the white snake and two blue snakes in heraldry - his two creations - dark Freyr and Iaham. His colours are white and blue that appear on the flag that worships him.  Freyr is associated with fleur de lis.

He defaced the Sphinx, who was Matria (Sekhmet). The Sphinx has the same colours painted on the headdress, which is sculpted to MATCH TIGER STRIPES.
