Inanna holding Venus, the symbol of LIFE

 Inanna is associated with planet Venus = An KA (Ankh), the symbol of life (in energy).

 In this relief, Inanna holds two ANKH (An Ka = in energy, is the correct transliteration). Libra + Scorpio have been conflated in the Dendera zodiac and are depicted as a tigress under the scales of Libra. 

The wings might represent Libra/Scorpio conjunct Aquila. Two OWLS (Symbols of MAT, read MAT in Egyptian, Matria Atena). Anan is the Egyptian name of Matria's grandmother (Anat is the mother, Aquarius)
