For July 4, the Sun's position is approximately 12 to 13 degrees of Cancer, decl 22 53 North. 

 That explains the number 13 found on the Great Seal repeatedly. 


In the Great Seal of the United States, the number 13 is used obsessively:

  • 13 stars (forming a hexagram  6)
  • 13 stripes on the shield
  • 13 arrows in the eagle's talon
  • 13 olive leaves and 13 berries
  • 13 letters in "E Pluribus Unum"
  • 13 steps on the unfinished pyramid (Khafre =Lucifer = Freyr = Zeus= Ptah=Set, etc)

By placing the national "birth" when the Sun was at the 13th degree, the founders (many of whom were Freemasons and familiar with "sacred geometry" = GEMATRIA) tied the physical reality of the 13 states to a specific celestial coordinate.
 In astrology, the 13th degree of Cancer is often associated with survival, protection, and the establishment of a home/nest—fitting for a new nation declaring its "home" on a new continent.


That degree is linked to Freyr. 

Counting from Aries
(the start of the tropical zodiac circle),
Cancer is the 103rd degree.

a breakthrough from the "old order". (translation: TREASON). 


13 = MATRIA (Ra = Ria) + 12 constellations = the CROWN and RULER of the universe thus ''geMATRIA'' (sacred geometry) 

Breaking ''free'' (Freyr) from the MATRIX (aka he betrayed). 

In the universal zodiac, ORION (MATRIA) = the Crown, the RULER of the Universe (the REAL Creatrix =Architect). Orion (Gemini) = 10th universal zodiac sign.
CANCER = 11th zodiac sign, the COUNCIL (Curia from KA RA or RA KA, Rok, Rock, Rack, Patre/piatra). the 300 ''Senators'' (from Sa Anat, so a combination between the universal zodiac and Terra's. Anat = Aquarius = 11th zodiac sign).


The so called ''NEW ORDER'' = TREASON and total CHAOS. OUTSIDE of Cosmic Order = MATRIA's MATRIX.

 


If you start counting from Virgo 3° -- the universal AC --, then Cancer 13° is the 310th degree and Cancer = 11th universal zodiac sign =  Curia (Ka Ria)  = the Council. Conflated with SA ANAT (Senate,  Anat = Aquarius, the 11th  for Terra).

The 11th zodiac sign starts with the 300th degree, thus ''300 senators'; or the ''Council of 300''. .
