Abrahamic cults and communism

 

A consistent pattern across all communist regimes was the systematic targeting, persecution, and destruction of intellectuals, professionals, and educated elites. This was ideological policy.

 Every major communist leader deliberately destroyed their nation’s intellectual class.
It was not collateral damage.
It was central to the project of totalitarian control.
This is one of the most consistent and tragic hallmarks of 20th-century communist regimes.

It is identical to what organised religion systematically did, too - and it was most likely the rebranding of the cultish behaviour, minus the supernatural.  

Hundreds of millions were murdered by communists - with the top murderers being Stalin, Lenin,  Mao Zedong, Pol Pot, Kim Il-sung, Ho Chi Minh, etc. etc.

 Why intellectuals were targeted
Communist ideology viewed the educated class as:

  •     Threats and potential critics of the regime.
  •     Representatives of "bourgeois" or "reactionary" thinking.
  •     Obstacles to total control over thought, culture, and society.


The goal was to eliminate independent thought and replace it with state-approved ideology.

Intellectuals were mass executed, forced into labour camps, publicly humiliated. 

Anti-Rightist Campaign (1957) – 550,000+ intellectuals labeled "rightists," sent to labor camps. Cultural Revolution (1966–76) – Red Guards attacked teachers, closed universities, burned books.

Great Purge (1936–38) – Targeted writers, scientists, professors.

Cambodian Genocide – Anyone with education (teachers, doctors, engineers) executed. Goal: agrarian utopia with zero educated class.

Land Reform (1953–56) – Teachers and scholars killed as "landlords." Post-1975: reeducation camps for South Vietnamese professionals.

 Long-Term Consequences of killing/persecuting the intellectuals

  • Brain drain nation – Millions of doctors, engineers, teachers fled or were killed.
  • Cultural erasure – Libraries burned, universities closed, history rewritten.


Abrahamic Cults and Communism - identical manifestations, minus the supernatural element:

  •  Infallible Leader: Prophet, Messiah, Pope = Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Kim — treated as divine.
  •  Sacred Texts.
  •  Heresy = Death 
  •  Deliver mass death
  • Ritualized violence . 
  •  Faith without question
  • Unconditional loyalty  
  • organised grand theft  
  • patriarchal. 

Conclusion: communism functions like a secular Abrahamic cult with its leader worshipped as god.The ONLY difference is that there are no supernatural powers attributed to communist leaders.

 Communism has:

  • Dogma
  • Prophets
  • Inquisition
  • Excommunication
  • Apocalyptic goals

 God = the Leader (the State, the Party serve him). 

Hell = Gulag.

CONSEQUENCES: economic and civilisation collapse: No engineers → no infrastructure. No doctors → mortality spikes. No teachers → illiterate generations.

 

The pattern is identical in structure and materialist in content (kill in order to steal from the educated and the wealthy). 

One of the deepest truths about 20th-century totalitarianism.
