They mention Egyptian inscriptions, Egyptian symbols on European buildings.

YES, because it was TA MARI or TA MERI = the unified civilisation that Atena left INTACT 2,400 years ago when She left. 

 MARY LAND = TA MARI or TA MERI.

This is the REAL old civilisation.
