The Roman Insula and the Tower of Babel - High rise buildings c. 7,800 years ago

Insula (plural insulae) means “island”. It is derived from ''in sara'' > ''in sola'' > ''in sula/ae'', meaning SA RA. Ra/Ria/Re/Rhea = phonetic variants (Sare.Caesar is from KA/CA Sare).

It is a reference to the Black Sea Deluge  = the NOAH Flood, meaning the Flood of Great Year 9 (NOAH =9). 

We know exactly when Caesar was killed and deified - Ides of March = 15 March. The Sun (Sole in Italian, ''sol'' in ''Latin'' (another example of losing a particle, and no, it does not return) and also star Sirius. Sare/Asare/Osiris/Caesar's deification consisted of:

01. naming the local sun after him - Sun, Soare, Sole, Sol, Soleil. 

02. naming star SIrius after him - Sare > Siri+us. 


So, the word ''insula'' is linked to that specific timeline. 

That is also the timeline of the TOWER OF BABEL - a giant skyscraper, indicating technology and modern facilities.

However, DIANA = Ra (Orion) on Cancer 3 degrees. The most recent aspect happened about  25,772 years ago. The nearest FUTURE event is about to happen in about 3 degrees of precession = c. 200 years in the future. 

DIANA matches RA MANAT > RA MANA > ROMAN. RA in MAN(Cancer, Moon). 

ROMAN = Orion in Cancer. 

In great year 7, thus the association with 7 hills for Rome, the 7 tails of the Dacian wolf (the founders)and the papal TRIPLE tiara = crown conjunct crown conjunct crown, which is the GREAT ALIGNMENT (Orion conjunct Orion conjunct Orion = the universal MC) = 

01. c. 1,500 years ago

02. c 27,000 years ago

03. c. 53,000 years ago.

Great Year 9 started when Sirius was on Aries 0 (or close to it) = c. 7.500 years ago.
