The Graben square contains two actual fountains—the Josefsbrunnen and the Leopoldbrunnen.
You can see many people watching the precession from their apartment windows in 5 to 7 storey buildings. Note that ground floors feature shops and there are people living under the roofs.
In the 1754 Census (the first one, eyeroll) - 175,460 inhabitants (could be fake).
Vienna's current population - 2,042,036 inhabitants (over 11x growth since 1754).
For comparison: London, 1801 census - 959,310 inhabitants out of 10,942,646 inhabitants of UK's pop (Ireland not included).

The sculpture crowning the central pavilion of the Neue Burg wing of the Hofburg Palace is a gilded double-headed imperial eagle (FM symbol). The statues flanking it are four figures of Nike (the goddess of victory), holding laurel wreaths and Roman helmets.
Maria Theresa riding a horse (Monoceros, Pat,Ptah, putti, Cancer) and holding a sceptre (Gemini 24 for Terra, Gemini 27 for Matria Esh. Given her name, it is Orion conjunct Gemini 24). Betelgeuse is now at Gemini 29. It was at Gem 25 four degrees of precession ago => the right hand (Betelgeuse) holds the sceptre = Gem 24 (Orion is over that degree anyway).
