Freemason "So Mote it be"

 Freemasons traditionally say "So mote it be"

(their explanation): "Mote" is an old English word that means "may" or "might," so the phrase translates to "so may it be" or "let it be so".

 So Mat (Mot  = WORD in several Romance languages) it be. 

  Mat = might, POWER 

But it should be Mat/Matria, not ''mote''. Matria = TRUTH. Mote is just a word without any power....It does NOT represent Matria. 

 1+1 = 2.1 (false). It looks very close to the correct answer, but IT IS NOT the correct answer; any departure from TRUTH is NOT the Truth.
