 one degree of precession = 71.6 years. 

25772 / 360 = 71.6 (rounded up a bit, it is 71.58). 

Then if we do the math back, 71.6 x 360 = x. X is a low value, negligable for the entire great year (and we don't go over that)

 NNow, the time for 1 year in terms of precession 

1 degree = 60 minutes. 

1 minute = 60 seconds. 

So we have 1 degree = 3600 seconds of precession.

 3600 / 71.6 = about 50 seconds of precession PER YEAR. (a bit over that, so we should never go above 1 degree of precession with this calculation).
