The Sea of Marmara
The Sea of Marmara is believed to have been formed approximately 2.5 million years ago (the onset of Pleistocene) due to crustal movements and faulting associated with the North Anatolian Fault.
The North Anatolian Fault runs beneath the sea and is a major source of earthquakes in the region.
The landmass that separated the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara was
larger prior to the Black Sea Deluge (the Flood, Noah's flood). During
the first stage of the Black Sea Deluge, after the massive earthquake
that I estimate was over 9.5 on the Richter scale, this area experienced
earthquakes that lasted for many days. The entire landmass vibrated
intensely for many days—approximately 5 to 6 on the Richter scale
(variations, the longest earthquake with varied intensities).
This is based on accurate memories of that timeline.
The Black Sea Deluge started with a massive earthquake of 9.5 on the Richter scale. I
remember this very well. The entire shore sank by approximately 30
metres, and the top of the hill I had climbed became the new shore of
the sea. This explains the anomaly of 30 metres (settlements at 150
metres depth) when global sea levels rose by approximately 120 metres.
It had been scorching hot in the days/weeks prior to it - 56C or so. The soil suffered immensely, ir was very dry and it crumbled and turned into fine dust.
