Phoenix , Phoenicia

The Phoenix constellation is a southern sky constellation located entirely south of the ecliptic (the Sun's apparent path, which defines the zodiac belt). Its stars range in declination from about −39° to −58°, placing it well below the ecliptic plane, so none of its stars lie on or within the zodiac signs. Phoenix is not one of the 12 zodiac constellations, and its stars do not cross the ecliptic.

The brightest star in Phoenix, Ankaa (α Phoenicis), has a tropical ecliptic longitude of about 15°–16° Pisces (around 345°–346° total longitude), based on astrological fixed star listings. Other stars in Phoenix span a range that projects to roughly Aquarius through Aries in tropical zodiac terms (due to their positions), but this is a projection—the stars themselves are far south of the ecliptic and not part of the zodiac band.

Declination: About −42° 10'.

Its position around 15°–16° Pisces (tropical) is a historical and astrological reference point

Ankaa's fixed star position in Pisces is used in astrology and historical astronomy, even though its celestial coordinates (Right Ascension and Declination) change slowly over time due to precession

AN KA =in energy (KA = energy).

Venus is exalted in Pisces and AN KA (and not Ankh) is its symbol in astrology.

Phoenix was the son of King Agenor and the brother of Cadmus and Europa. According to legend, he became the eponymous ancestor of the Phoenicians, giving the land its name.

The Bird's Habitat: While the mythical bird is most often associated with Egypt (as the Bennu bird), some classical texts claim it migrated to or lived in the spice groves of Phoenicia or Arabia before its cyclic rebirth

Naming: It was named specifically after the mythical bird—not the Phoenician people or the region—as part of a group of southern constellations representing exotic animals (alongside the Crane, Toucan, and Peacock).

The PEACOCK was in use 1,500 years ago - the altar icon of Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, Vatican/Rome. So the above lines are disproved.

We are told that ''Pavo (Peacock) was created in the late 16th century (specifically around 1597–1598) by Dutch navigators and cartographers. '' DACI ..It was created by DACI. 16th century of which past era?
