RIA (a variant for Ra/Re/Rhea) became ''LIA'', just like ''Sare'' became ''sol'', and RA/RE became leonessa/ leone (lion in Italian).
ATI + RIA.
Star ATI is linked to the WOLF in the Dendera Zodiac. You can see it above the wolf.
ATI conjunct Orion? Not sure what RIA stands for in this case. Possible options include:
01. ATI conjunct Orion - this is Rhea (and Cronus, the timekeeper).
02. ATI conjunct Leo.
The city of ROME has 7 hills and the wolf associated with Rome has 7 tails, meaning Great Year 7 -- over 33kya!
When star ATI (the wolf) was conjunct RIA (Orion or Leo).
Italia, from ATI RIA, was settled by DACI/Romans - the original ROMANS, over 33,000 years ago.

Ati/Spica = the wolf (which is not on Terra's ecliptic, so alien founder).

From Gemini 24 to Libra 24 = 120 degrees.
21 + 120 = 141 degrees (or so).
141 degrees of precession x 71.6 years = 10095.6.
