Lactose intolerance and what does it tell us
Approximately 70-80% of Jewish people in Israel, and potentially a similar percentage in other regions, experience lactose intolerance.

Lactose intolerance is mainly prevalent in people from Southern Europe, Asia, Africa. .
Europeans, particularly those in Northern Europe, have the highest prevalence of lactose persistence (close to 100% in certain areas), which is the ability to digest lactose into adulthood.
This trait is much less common for the rest of the world. The rest of the world is OPPOSITE - they have very low percents of lactose persistence and high levels of lactose intolerance.
Wha does that tell us? Who domesticated animals and who used milk and dairy products.
