Roll  (roar).

The word roll traces its origins back to the Latin word for a small wheel, rotula, and entered the English language during the Middle English period via Old French. Both the noun and verb forms share this same ultimate root, branching out into the dozens of meanings we use today

 These words are associated with the WORD = Orion/Gemini, 3 (the 3rd zodiac sign).

That makes ROCK'n  ROLL = Cancer +  Orion/Gemini.
